Overview
The AI Mastery Hub helps customers access digital AI education, prompt resources, workflow tools, and related support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We may update this policy as the business, products, and systems mature.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name and email address.
- Purchase information, such as product purchased, purchase status, payment processor IDs, and access status.
- Support information you send to us when you request help.
- Information you provide when asking about a One-Workflow Review, such as your name, email address, and a general description of the process you want to discuss.
- Information you provide when asking about an AI Business Assistant consultation, such as your name, email address, and a general description of the work you want to discuss.
- Basic technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and security logs.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. The AI Mastery Hub does not store full credit card numbers or raw payment card details on our servers. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.
How we use information
- To process purchases and provide access to digital products.
- To send receipts, access links, product updates, and support responses.
- To review service inquiries, reply to your questions, and discuss a possible scope of work.
- To improve products, pages, checkout flow, and customer experience.
- To protect the platform from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To comply with business, tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog to count visits to public pages, approximate engagement time, and selected actions such as One-Workflow Review and Business OS consultation clicks. Analytics remain off unless you grant permission, and you can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer.
We do not use session replay or automatic click recording. Checkout, customer library, thank-you, administration, integration, API, and private-access pages are excluded from analytics. A visit to the One-Workflow Review inquiry page may be counted, but we do not track whether its embedded form loaded or whether an inquiry was accepted. For the Business OS form, an expiring timestamp in this tab connects a consented submission to its success confirmation; it contains no form entries. That confirmation may be counted once and is not proof of inbox delivery. Prompt Builder page visits and completion events may be counted, but its entries and generated prompts are excluded.
PostHog processes limited anonymous identifiers, page paths, selected action labels, and network information to provide these reports. We strip page query values, fragments, referring URLs, campaign tags, and form content from analytics events. We use these reports to improve navigation and content. We do not use these analytics to sell personal information.
Email communication
If you purchase or request access to a resource, we may email you about that product, your access, or related support. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or contact us for help.
Optional AI examples by email
You can use the free Prompt Builder without giving us an email address. If you request the three practical AI examples, HighLevel processes your email address and we send the examples once after your form is submitted. We send two further emails, two and five days later, only if you separately select the optional follow-up checkbox. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
We record the request, the wording and choice shown to you, delivery status, and any unsubscribe or stop request. We review this form's submission and consent working records on a 12-month schedule and remove expired records when no newer consent or separate reason to keep them applies. We keep the minimum unsubscribe or do-not-disturb status needed to honor a stop request. Customer purchase and support records follow separate rules and are not deleted as part of this form review.
HighLevel may record email delivery, opens, and link clicks. Our form-record review does not remove messages from your inbox, provider logs or backups, or mixed customer conversations.
One-Workflow Review inquiries
The One-Workflow Review inquiry form is provided through HighLevel. When you submit it, HighLevel processes the contact details and general workflow description you enter so we can receive the inquiry, assess whether the review fits, and reply. Please do not include private client or employee records, passwords, payment card details, or account access in your description.
Sending an inquiry does not start an engagement. Any review requires a separate agreement, payment, and scheduled kickoff.
AI Business Assistant consultations
The consultation form sends the contact details and general description you provide to our support inbox so Mike can consider fit and reply. Please do not include private client or employee records, passwords, payment card details, or account access. A conversation does not start a setup engagement; scope, pricing, tools, and permissions require a separate agreement.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the business, including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and security tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or systems.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect customer information. No online system is perfectly secure, so we also limit the information we collect and avoid storing payment card details directly.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access help, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, or support with email preferences. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, tax, or legal reasons.
